Where We Ship

At this time, we ship exclusively within the United States.

Order Processing

Once payment is confirmed, orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Our daily cut-off for processing is 5:00 PM Eastern Time — orders placed after that will begin processing the next business day.

Delivery Timeframes

After processing, your order is handed off to our shipping partners with an estimated transit time of 4–6 business days. From start to finish, you can expect delivery within 5–8 business days of placing your order. Actual delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location, seasonal demand, or carrier conditions.

Shipping Cost

Every order shipped within the United States ships free — no minimums, no hidden charges.

Shipping Carriers

We work with FedEx, UPS, and USPS to get your dining table or chairs to you safely.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, we’ll email a tracking number to the address you provided at checkout so you can follow your package along the way.

Possible Delays

We aim to keep every order on schedule, but occasional delays can happen due to high order volume, holidays, weather, or carrier issues. We appreciate your patience if this comes up, and we’re always here to help track down your order.

We want you to feel good about every purchase you make with Fevis. If your dining table or chairs aren’t quite right, here’s how we handle it.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery — whether there’s a defect or you’ve simply had a change of heart. To qualify, items need to be unused, in like-new condition, and returned in their original packaging. Once we’ve received and inspected the item, we’ll let you know whether the return has been approved.

Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, except in cases where the return is due to our error — for example, if the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Exchanges

Exchanges are available too. Want a different style or size? Reach out to our support team and we’ll walk you through the process.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or doesn’t match what you ordered, contact us right away with photos of the issue so we can get a replacement or exchange moving quickly.

Refunds

Once we’ve received and approved your return, we’ll issue your refund within 7 business days to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take a bit longer for the funds to actually show up in your account.

There’s no restocking fee on eligible returns.

When a Return Isn’t Accepted

Most returns go smoothly, but items showing signs of use, damage unrelated to shipping or our error, or missing their original packaging may not be eligible for a return or refund.
